TOG Offers:

   Warranty on Orthotic Devices:

• Lifetime warranty against breakage of the orthotic shell.
• Extensions, covers and posts are warranted for six months, after this time extensions covers and posts can be replaced at a nominal charge.
• Abuse, prolonged exposure to the elements, loss or outgrowth of the orthotic device is not covered under this warranty.

   Warranty on Sandals and Shoes:

• In the case of sizing issues we will reissue the proper size to the patient upon the return of the original device, if the original device is free of all wear.
• If the original device has been worn, we will reissue a new size at a reduced cost.
• Buckle defects, loose stitching and foot bed cracking are warranted for six months.
• Shoes and sandals are not guaranteed against colour running.

   Adjustments:

• Orthotic adjustments are free service for 90 days (except on new additions to the original order which are subject to billing).
• In cases where the orthotic device is not working properly, the device is uncomfortable, device does not fit shoe, shoe/sandal size is incorrect for patient then adjustments will be made upon request.

   Return Policy:

• Items can only be return in situations where the patients are completely unhappy with the device(s) and The Orthotic Group is unable to adjust the device to their satisfaction.
• Items cannot be returned if the patient has not picked up the device, or has refused the device for any reason other than compliance, quality, or device defect.
